Lovely clean house in a great location. Simon was very attentive and did everything he could to make our stay a good one. I would definitely recommend staying in any of Simon’s properties.

Lots of clear instructions to make our stay easy with some lovely extras. Perfect location for the University halls (where we were moving our son in to start Uni life) and Markeaton/Britannia Mills sites are in easy walking distance...we will definitely return.
